| • Is the drive connected properly? Are all cables plugged in properly (e.g. | ||

| Power Cable, Interface Cable and Audio Cables). |

| • Are the drive configuration jumpers on the |

| properly? |

|
|
| • Check to see that there is no SCSI ID conflict with another SCSI device |

| connected to your system |

| • Is the SCSI host adapter software driver loaded? On a |
