When you connected an audio system to the ANALOG AUDIO OUTPUT jacks ( page 16, 17):
Press / to select “Speaker Setting”, then press OK.
Select one of the followings according to your connection, and press OK.

When a 5.1 channel surround system is connected to this player.
1 Set the speaker sizes, distance to each speaker and the crossover frequency.

Select a distance to each speaker from the listening position.
2Select “Next”, then press OK.
To cancel to return to the previous screen, select “Clear”, then press OK. To save your selection and finish the setting, select “End”, then press OK.
3Select “Automatic Test Tone”, then press OK. A test signal is set to each speaker.
4Adjust each of the volumes by / , selecting speakers by / so that each speaker can sound at the same volume.
For further adjustment, check the channel balance on the amplifier.
5When complete, select “End”, then press OK.

•This setting is effective only when “Digital Out SPDIF” ( page 22) is set to “PCM”.
