SEARCH MODE

SHIFT

If you watch only part of a DVD disc with the intention of picking up later where you left off, you can bookmark the place then resume playback at a later date without having to manually search for the right place.

You can use this feature for up to five discs (after that the oldest bookmark is deleted to make space for a new one).

You can’t use bookmarking with DVD-RW discs.

1At the point from which you want to resume playback next time, press LAST MEM.

English

ë￿

If you want to stop playback here, press 7.

2 To resume playback, load the disc and press LAST MEM. (If the disc starts auto playback, stop it first.)

3To clear the bookmark for the disc loaded, press LAST MEM then CLEAR while Last Memory is displayed on-screen.

Note

Bookmarking also works with Video CD, but for one disc only, and you must leave the disc in the player—removing the disc erases the memory. Last Memory may not work reliably with some Video CDs that feature PBC.
