Playing a MP3/JPEG (Various playbacks)

RANDOM REPEAT

MP3/JPEG Random play

The files of a folder are played in random order.

“RANDOM ON” : The fils of a folder being played will be selected in random order for playback.

MP3/JPEG Repeat Play

Perform operation in REPEAT mode always under observation of the NAVI screen.

Desired folders or discs can be played back repeatedly.

1 During stop mode, press REPEAT.

Lights up

Each press REPEAT the play mode.

FOLDER : Playback the folder that is selected.

DISC : Playback all files on the disc.

FOLDER REPEAT : Repeat the folder that is selected.

DISC REPEAT : Repeat the disc that is played.

REPEAT ONE : Repeat the file that is selected.

When repeat mode is selected, the REPEAT indicator illuminates. Further, the FOLDER indicator illuminates when the mode is set to FOLDER REPEAT and the TRACK indicator blinks when the mode is set to REPEAT ONE.

2 Press 5/a to select desired file, then press ENTER or £ to start playback.

Note

Do not select DISC REPEAT when files other than MP3 and JPEG have been recorded on the disc.

1 During stop mode, press RANDOM.

Lights up

Each time you press RANDOM button on the remote controller, random play would be on and off.

2 Select a file in the folder to be played, press £, and start random playback.

In case of RANDOM ON mode, playback will stop after all files in the folder have been played back once.

To cancel random play

1 Press 7 to stop playback.

2 Press RANDOM to cancel random playback.

To random repeat play

During stop mode, press the RANDOM button, then press the REPEAT button on the remote controller.

In case of RANDOM REP mode, all files in the folder will be played back repeatedly. It is also possible that the same file will be played back twice in a row.

To cancel random repeat play

Press the 7 button to stop random repeat playback, then press the REPEAT or RANDOM button.
