Use the PREV PG or NEXT PG buttons to move to the security page that appears as follows:

Set 260 Device Level

High

Turn the DATA wheel until ‘Low’ is selected. Press the STORE button to change the overall device level to low. The DriveRack 260 should now be locked out.

To log back in to a particular access level, please follow this procedure:

From Program mode, press the UTILITY button. Use the PREV PG or NEXT PG buttons to move to the security page that appears as follows:

Enter Password

Press Store

Press the STORE button and the screen will appear as follows:

NAME:

<DATA> - SELECT CHARACTER <PREV/NEXTPG> - LEFT/RIGHT: <STORE>-SAVE/<UTIL>-EXIT

Enter the medium or high level password. Once you have entered your security password, press the STORE button. The DriveRack will automatically detect whether you entered the medium level or high level password and log you in accordingly. You can now see which access level you are logged in as by pressing the PREV PG button one time. To abort this procedure at any time, press the PROGRAM/CONFIG button.

Press the PROGRAM/CONFIG button to return to normal operation.

After a user with medium or high clearance has completed any edit changes, he or she must remember to set the security level back to low for normal (secured) use.

5.1.5 Program List/Program Change

The DriveRack 260 allows you to set the unit to either scroll through programs in a sequential manner, or create custom program lists from within the Utility menu. This list makes it convenient for restricting access to a small list of programs.

Note: The program list cannot be changed if the security level is set to lock out access to the program list.
