LEARNING: SETTING UP YOUR EVOLUTION 50/55 TO LEARN ADDITIONAL BUTTON COMMANDS
Once you’ve set up a TV, your EVOLUTION 50/55 Simple Advanced Remote Control automatically sets its ON , OFF , – CH + , – VOL + , MUTE , PREV , and numeric keypad buttons to work with your TV. Likewise, there may be other buttons you’d like to map from your TV remote to your EVOLUTION 50/55. This example shows how to map the ZOOM button so you can control the aspect ratio of your TV screen using the EVOLUTION 50/55.
1. On your EVOLUTION 50/55, press
and hold the 
and ZOOM buttons together for 3 seconds. The 
button will light up, blink once, and stay lit. This indicates the EVOLUTION 50/55 is in IR Learning mode.
2. Hold your TV remote and EVOLUTION 50/55 Simple Advanced Remote Control head to head, 3 to 5 inches apart.
