MAINTENANCE
SERVICING THE VALVES:
If your system has been plumbed with the Compool Pro Valve, maintenance is a simple operation which can be Derformed bv either vourself or vour Pool Se~ice~erson .
1. 0bt;in Compool Grease Gun (model
2.Ensure that the valve is in the "closed port" position.
3.Inject special Compool Silicone Grease into grease fitting at bottom of valves.
Use approximately eight squeezes on grease gun trigger after grease begins to flow.
For best results, squeeze slowly, and wait a few seconds between squeezes.
4.Wait approximately 15 minutes before attempting to rotate valve.
5.It is advisable to repeat this procedure every four months, or sooner if your pool is exposed to an extraordinarily high amount of sand or dirt.
CAUTION: Use only approved silicone grease.
NOTE: Replacement parts, grease gun, and silicone grease refill car!tridlges are available from your Pool Equipment Supplier or direct from Compool.
If your system has not been plumbed with the Compool Pro Valve, check with the manufacturer'sservice instructions. It may be necessary to remove the Valve Operator and disassemble the valve in order to lubricate the diverter and

To replacethe battery:
