7.8.2. CD-R

The process is same as above, chapter 7.8.1. CD-RW /DVD-RW / DVD+RW / DVD RAM on page 45.

After clicking COPY to start the backup and before displaying the copying progress,

The DVR will start creating a buffer for the selected data to be backed up. The status of the buffer being created will be displayed in the upper right corner of the screen.

7.8.3. USB FLASH MEMORY

Insert the flash memory into any available USB 2.0 port. The flash memory will light up as it draws power from the DVR.

NOTE:

We recommend USB port 1 for a USB memory stick and USB port 2 for a mouse.

If you want to playback the copied data from the USB Stick, it has plug in the USB device into the USB port of the PC.

The copied files are listed as “Dvr-20060503- 202016.dvr”. They can be retrieved and played back using the client software, or the embedded program – “FileViewer.exe”.

Double-click the FileViewer.exe to be created with copied data and the File playback viewer will be displayed.

And select the playing data and then click the Play button.
