The advanced search mode displays a calendar, allowing you to easily search by either time or event for specific days or periods of time. Once the desired footage is found, it can easily be played back and reviewed.

ACCESSING THE SEARCH MENU

1.Access the SEARCH menu by clicking the right mouse button on the Live Display screen.

2.Click the SEARCH icon

3.Enter your password (the default password is 1234) and select OK.

SEARCHING BY TIME

1.If the “SEARCH BY TIME” title is not already active (the words will be yellow), click the title to enter the SEARCH BY TIME SCREEN.

2.Use the mouse to click and select the date of the footage you are searching for. Dates that have footage available will be yellow

in color. You can use the buttons next to the month and year to choose a different time frame, if needed.

3.The time lines next to the calendar (displayed in 15 minute intervals on a 24 hour clock) will change and display the video status for the date selected. Orange blocks mean that there is archived video for the time period, and blue blocks mean that video was not recorded during the time.
