7.2.3BUILT-IN AMPLIFICATION (SPEAKER)

Turning On Built-in Amplification

This monitor is equipped with a built-in amplification for optional external speakers. You can switch the amplification ON or OFF using the OSD. Because these speakers are general purpose, you may consider switching them OFF during hi-fidelity playback of movies or other content.

1Press the MENU button on the monitor panel or remote control.

2Use the SEL or SEL key to select the SOUND option from the menu.

3Press the ADJ key to confirm the selection.

=> Various options are available in the SOUND menu.

4Use the SEL or SEL key to select the SPEAKER option.

5Press the ADJ key to confirm the selection. => The SPEAKER menu appears.

6Use the ADJ or ADJ key to optimize the sound. Select OFF to switch off.

7Press the SEL key to confirm setting and return to the previous menu.
