Fit a front axle fastener cap onto the upper portion of a front axle.

Align the hole in the axle fastener cap with the hole in the front axle.

Hint: You may need to push the front axle towards the front of the vehicle while you insert the screw.

Insert a #8 x ¾" screw into the large opening in the front axle fastener cap and tighten.

Repeat steps 7 and 8 to assemble the other front axle fastener cap.

Bushing

Remove the cap on the end of the front axle. Dispose of the cap in the trash.

Slide a bushing, ring end first, onto a front axle.

Front Wheel

 

 

 

• Slide a front wheel, flat side first, onto the front axle.
