• Slide a rim, indented side out, onto the front axle.

• Test to be sure the wheel spins. Lift the front end of the vehicle up slightly and turn the wheel. It should spin freely.

• If the wheel does not spin freely, use the assembly wrench to loosen the lock nut a 1/4" turn. Spin the wheel again and loosen more, if necessary.

Fit a lock nut onto the end of the front axle and tighten with the assembly wrench.

IMPORTANT! Fully tighten the lock nut with the included assembly wrench.

Front Hubcap

Fit the tabs on the front hubcap into the slots in the front wheel. Push to "snap" into place.

Repeat steps 9-14 to assemble the remaining bushing, front wheel, rim and front hubcap to the other front axle.
