Unpacking

When unpacking, check to make sure the item is intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number on the cover of this manual as soon as possible. Please refer to Parts List and Assembly Diagram on pages 14-15.

This tool has several sub assemblies which must be assembled before use. These

are:

*Tripod Base

*Frame Assembly including Winch and Telescoping Lift sections

*Cradle Assembly

*Two Cradle Crossarm Assemblies
