6Click “Start > Setting > Control Panel > System > Device Manager > Imaging Devices” to check if Concord DV2020 appears under “Imaging Devices”. If not, please re-install the drivers or re-connect the camera.

Note: Ensure that the camera is still connected to the computer while checking.

nUnder Windows 2000 Operating System

1 The following message will pop up, indicating that the Windows system recognizes

the new device and is searching for the driver.

2The warning message of “Digital Signature Not Found” will pop up. Click ‘Yes’ to continue. If ‘No’ is clicked, you’d be asked to exit setup without completing the installation.

3Click ‘Start > Setting > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Imaging Devices’ to check if DV2020 appears under

“Imaging Devices”. If not, please re-install the driver or re-connect the camera.
