You can search for the beginning and end of recordings you make on a certain day.

To Date Search

The clock cell battery must be installed and the date and time set. The cassette must remain in the camcorder for this feature to operate.

1.Attach a power supply and place the CAM/OFF/VCR switch in VCR.

2.Repeatedly press DISPLAY to display SEARCH in the viewfinder.

When the camcorder locates the beginning or end of the recording, it will enter the stop mode. SEARCH disappears from the viewfinder.

Notes: The cassette must remain in the camcorder for this feature to function. If you insert a cassette and start recording, this location will be the starting position for that day.

This feature will only operate on cassettes recorded on this camcorder.

3.If you are in the middle of your recording for that day, press REW to search for the place you started recording that day or F.F (F.FWD on

To Stop Date Search

Press STOP to stop a search in progress.
