2.6 Make a Sound Recording only
A sound recording can be made by pressing and holding the Record Button. Note that the Viewfinder will display the Filename followed by a time counter, in seconds, that shows the current recording length. Releasing the Record Button, or consuming the remaining Compact Flash memory will stop the recording.
Sound Recording consumes 16kBytes per second of Compact Flash Memory. They are stored as .WAV files in your camera.
