Easy Playback

You can start playback easily by double clicking on the icon of a video file.

Preparation

Start Macintosh®.

Make sure that you installed the JVC Video Decoder in advance. (pg. 80)

Send the video file that you want to play back to the computer. (pg. 81)

Double clicking on the icon of a video file.

•Select the file with the extension “.jmm”.

Select the “QuickTime Player” in the dialog box, then click the “Open” button.

Click the “4” button.

•Playback of the video starts.

•For details on the basic operation of QuickTime Player (or Movie Player), refer to the instruction manual provided with your Macintosh® or visit the website of Apple Computer.

NOTE:

Do not use PC Exchange to register “jmm” files. In some cases it is not possible to play back a “jmm” file that was copied from a DOS-formatted floppy disk.
