Charging the Battery

Be sure to turn this unit off before the charging the battery. (When this unit is turned on, the battery cannot be charged.) Use the AC adaptor supplied for this unit.

1Connect the AC mains lead to the AC adaptor and the AC mains socket, then connect the DC plug to this unit.

•The AC mains lead does not fit entirely into the AC adaptor socket. A gap will remain as shown 1.

•The Charge Lamp 2 blinks and the charging starts.

•When charging is completed (the battery is fully charged in about 160 minutes), the charge lamp turns off.
