As mentioned previously, static IP is required in such application unless the router support static DHCP. This will prevent IP address change once the router or the device rebooted; also if port forwarding will work correctly only if the IP address is fixed or static.

Because there is NO sip server involved and we are manipulate the IP to make peering operation, therefore the red “Offline” remark can be ignored.
NOTE:
1)Port 5062 is important as HT503 FXO port is listening using this port.
2)User ID can be ANY digits as no SIP server credential exists.
Just use it as space taker. e.g.: “110” is used in the example.
