System settings

To customise the navigation functions to your own needs, you can change several settings.

In the main menu, select “Settings”.

￿ The “System settings” menu is displayed.

The following information screens are available:

In the “Speed” menu, you can configure the following settings:

Speed correction

The navigation radio uses an average cruising speed to calculate the remaining travel time and the estimated time of arrival. If required, you can adapt this speed to your actual average speed.

However, we do not recommend you deviate significantly from the standard value of 100%.

Move the cursor to the value after “Correction”.

Press OK.

Set the required speed correction using cursor keys 4 or 6.

To save the setting press OK again.

Speed limit

Use this value to specify the vehicle speed at which a speed warning should be output.

Move the cursor to the value after “Limit (mph)”.

Press OK.

Set the required speed using cursor keys 4 or 6.

To save the setting press OK again.

Activating/deactivating speed warning:

Move the cursor to the option after “Limit:”.

Press OK to choose between “On” and “Off”.

If the speed warning is activated, a warning sound is triggered each time the set speed limit is exceeded and a warning appears on the screen.
