TANDBERG Content Server User Manual

The next steps are to create the multicast publishing point and the multicast announcement file. At this point the administrator should use the Remote Desktop Connection application to connect to the Content Server and the administrative pages of the Windows Media Services.

Within the Windows Media Service administrative pages, create a new Publishing Point using the Wizard and choose to create a “Broadcast publishing point”.

Choose to have the content delivery via “Multicast”. You can decide whether to enable Unicast rollover.
