2.1.7 Ethernet

To install Ethernet for your system:

1.Connect the Ethernet cable.

2.Turn on the panel PC.

3.Under DOS, run \IPPC-9151\LAN\RSET8139.EXE to check hard- ware network status before installing the Ethernet driver.

4.Run the Ethernet driver to connect up to the network.

2.1.8 Adjusting the LCD brightness

The brightness control key on the front panel allows you to adjust the brightness of the LCD display panel. Its setting procedure is as follows.

1.If you want to extend the brightness, please press the OSD key until the LED stops blinking. (See Pic. #1)

2.If you want to lower down the brightness, please press the OSD key until the LED stops blinking. (See Pic. #2)

2.1.9 System turn ON/OFF

The IPPC-9151 series offers 2 system on/off options, which are:

1.Front Panel system on/off, which is the default setting.(pic)

2.Rear Cover system on/off. If you choose this one, you need to recon- nect the cable. Please refer to the following procedures.
