AUTO PM CHANNEL STORING

After you recalled a PM channel, this function automatically overwrites the current PM channel with the present operating environment when:

You recall another PM channel.

You press [PM], [VFO].

You switch OFF the transceiver.

Use the following procedures to activate this function:

1Press [MNU] to enter Menu mode.

2Select Menu No. 4 (Memory).

3Press [s], then select Item No. 4 (PM Auto Store).

4Press [SET] to toggle the function ON or OFF (default).

5Press [MNU] again to exit Menu mode.

RESETTING PROGRAMMABLE MEMORY

Use this procedure to reset the PM channels to the factory defaults.

1Press [CALL]+ POWER ON.

A confirmation message appears. ("PM Reset? Press [CALL]")

To quit resetting, press any key other than [CALL].

2Press [CALL] again.
