ASetting the AV Input-1 Mode

Each time you touch [ AV-IN1 ], the mode switches as follows:

<When the KDS-P900/P901 is connected>

You can select whether to output AV-OUT sound from the rear or from the front.

" Navigation "

When the Navigation unit is connected to the AV- INPUT1 terminal.

" Video "

When the Video Deck is connected to the AV- INPUT1 terminal.

BSetting the AV Input-2 Mode

Each time you touch [ AV-IN2 ], the mode switches as follows:

" Back Camera "

When the Back Camera unit is connected to the AV-INPUT2 terminal.

" Normal "

When the Video Deck is connected to the AV- INPUT2 terminal.

CSetting the AV Output Mode

Each time you touch [ AV-OUT ], the mode switches as follows:

" DVD "

Picture/sound from DVD/VCD/CD.

" TV "

Picture/sound from television.

" AV-IN1 "

Picture/sound from AV-IN1 terminals.

" AV-IN2 "

Picture/sound from AV-IN2 terminals.

NOTE

Don’t turn the Dual Zone system ON if discs are played that were recorded by DTS. If it is set ON, the disc’s sound won’t be output.

EAdjusting the Dual Zone Speaker Level

<When the KDS-P900/P901 is not connected>

Touch [ 3 ] to increase the volume.

Touch [ 2 ] to decrease the volume.

NOTE

No display [2zone VOL] when the “2zone” is set to "OFF.

ESelecting the Dual Zone Speaker

<When the KDS-P900/P901 is connected>

You can select whether to output AV-OUT sound from the rear or from the front.

Each time you touch [ 2zone SP ], the mode switches as follows:

" Normal "

AV-OUT sound send to the rear speaker.

" Reverse "

AV-OUT sound send to the front speaker.

NOTE

No display [2zone SP] when the “2zone” is set to "OFF.

DSetting the Dual Zone mode

The following operation allows separate sound sources to control the output of the front and rear speakers.

Each time you touch [ 2zone ], the mode switches as follows:

" ON "

The dual zone system function is on.

" OFF "

The dual zone system function is off.

<When the KDS-P900/P901 is not connected>

Rear speaker: Sound of AV-OUT

Front speaker: Sound of current source

FSetting the Touch Sensor Tone

Each time you touch [ Beep ], the mode switches as follows:

" ON "

Touch sensor tone is turned on

" OFF "

Touch sensor tone is turned off

GSetting the TV Control by Remote On/Off

If this unit also runs when operating other units with different Kenwood remote controls, its remote control function can be turned off.
