Each of these settings allows you to:

-Visualise all parameters of the selected WAP profile (Gateway IP Address, Homepage address, phone number, etc.), either GSM or GPRS,

-Activate the selected profile (which then becomes the default profile and is used for connection when pressing @),

-Change the parameters of the WAP profiles as described below.

L Some pre-configured profiles might be locked, preventing re-programming.

Login and Password allow you to enter the login and password needed. In both cases, enter the information and press ,to confirm.

Phone Number allows you to enter the phone number needed to establish a connection with your WAP Service Provider (ISP). Select Phone numbers and press ,, then press +or -to select:

-ISDN No. to enter an ISDN ISP number, OR

-Analogic No. to enter an analogic number, then press ,.

Enter the "+" sign followed by the number provided by your operator and press

,.

L Contact your operator to know what type of number you should select. Inactivity time allows you to enter an inactivity time period after which the phone automatically ends the WAP session (if a connection was in progress) and returns to idle screen. Select Inactivity time and press ,, then enter a value (in second) of over 30 s. and press ,.

GPRS settings

Allows you to enter or change the GPRS settings and gives you access to the GPRS settings following items:
