Getting to know your phone

1 Volume control buttons adjusts the earpiece or

loudspeaker volume.

2 Home screen.

3 Walkie-talkie button sends a T2T call.

4 Navigation key positions cursor during text entry. Scrolls through lists. Accesses shortcuts

5 Left softkey accesses menus and functions or press to silence an incoming data call.

6Back key erases characters in text entry. Returns to previous screen.

Send/Talk key starts or answers calls.

1 key accesses voicemail or adds a symbol in a text message. Keypad for entering numbers, letters, or symbols.

* Shift key changes the text mode in text entry. Locks the keypad. Speakerphone key activates the speakerphone.

Flashlight you can turn on by pressing or using the Tools menu.

13 Scroll Button in idle mode, press up to access Contacts, press down to access Mobile Web or press the walkie-talkie button and then press the scroll button up or down to scroll through T2T menu items.

14OK key selects a menu item or option.

15Right softkey accesses Text Messaging and other menu options or press to ignore an incoming data call.

16Flashlight key turns on the flashlight.

17End/Power key turns the phone on and off. Ends a call.

18# Space key enters a space during text entry. Activates Silent mode.

190 Next key cycles through word choices during text entry.
