SPEED display--

This display shows the speed of the

walking belt; inSPr.B_ miles per hour or

kilometers per hour.

An MPH or a KPH will appear inthe display to show which unit of measurement is selected.

:TIME/PULSE display and yt_urheart rate will be shown. For the most accurate heart rate reading, Continue to hold the contacts for about 15 seconds.

. When you are finished_ remove the key.

Step onto the foot railsand removethe key from the" console. Store the key in a secure place. In addi- tion, move the on/off switch to the "offTM position.
