CONSOLE.

CAlign bottom of HANDLEBARS and HANDLEBAR BOOTS with holes in CONSOLE MASTS.

DTo attach tops of HANDLEBARS to CONSOLE, insert 2 ARC WASHERS (E) and 4 BOLTS (F) into holes on undersides of

HANDLEBARS.

EAttach bottom of HANDLEBARS and HANDLEBAR BOOTS to CONSOLE MAST using 2 ARC WASHERS (G) and 2 BOLTS (H).
