ASSEMBLY
To hire an authorized service technician to assemble the treadmill, call
Assembly requires two persons. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Assembly requires your own Phillips screw-

1.Make sure that the power cord is not plugged in.
With the help of a second person, carefully tip the treadmill onto its left side. Partially fold the Frame (12) so that the treadmill will be more stable. Do not fully fold the treadmill until it is completely assembled.
Attach two Base Pads (97) to the bottom of the Base (82) with two 1” Tek Screws (56). Attach a Wheel (95) to the outside of the Base with a Wheel Bolt (86) and a Wheel Nut (15).
2.Identify the Left Upright (9), which has two small holes for the Latch Housing (77). If the Latch Housing is not at- tached to the Left Upright, remove the two Screws (76) from the Left Upright. Attach the Latch Housing as shown with the two Screws. Firmly
Locate the Right Upright (10). See drawing 2b. Have a second person hold the Right Upright near the Wire Harness (17). Insert the end of the Wire Harness into the lower end of the Right Upright and out of the rectangular hole near the upper end (see drawing 2a). If necessary, use needlenose pliers to pull the Wire Harness out of the hole.
