When the first segment is completed, all speed settings will move one column to the left. The speed setting for the second segment will then be shown in the flashing Current Segment column and the treadmill will automatically adjust to the speed and incline settings for the second seg- ment. Note: If all seven of the indicators in the Current Segment column are lit, the speed settings may move downward so that only the highest indi- cators appear in the matrix.
The program will continue in this way until the speed setting for the last segment is shown in the Current Segment column and the last segment ends. The walking belt will then slow to a stop.
If the speed and/or incline settings of the program are too high or too low, you can override the set- ting by pressing the Speed or Incline buttons;
See step 7 on page 15.
6 Turn on the fan if desired.
See step 8 on page 16.
When you are finished exercising, remove the
7 key from the console.
When the program ends, make sure that the in- cline of the treadmill is at the lowest setting.
Next, remove the key from the console and put it in a safe place.
When you are finished using the treadmill, switch the reset/off circuit breaker to the “off” position and unplug the power cord.
