STEP 18:

Create a loop in the CABLE(25) then

the CABLE(25) aroundthe grooveof a 3-1/ 2" PULLEY(213) ~mdSECURELYassemble the PULLEY(23) to the TOPBOOM(2) using one 3/8 X 2-3/4" BOLT(25), two FLANGESPACERS(42), and one 3/8" LOCKN'UT(36). See FIGURE18.

Attach the CABLE(25) from the TOPBOOM

(2) to the CARI~I/~GE(3) ~ld~g on QUICK LINK(38) as shovmin HGURE18.

STEP 19:

3/8X2"

Place one 3-1/2" PULLEY(23) into the loop the CABLE(25) belowthe first and second PULLEYof the TOPBOOM(2) as shown FIGURE19.

LOOSELYassemble t~'o 1-3/4 X 5-I/4"

PLATES(I 7) to each side of the PULLEY using one 3/8 X 2" BOLT(29) and one 3/8"

LOCK.NUT(36). See FIGURE19.
