¯SECURELYassemble the SWIVELKNEESUPPORT(10) to the UPRIGHTFRAME(1) using one 1/2 X 3-1/4" BOLT and one 1/2" LOWHT. LOCK_NUT(35). (NOTE:Do not overtighten this connection, the SWIVELKNEESUPPORT should rotate freely.) See FIGURE11.
