Programming the Playing Order of the Chapters—Program Play

You can arrange the chapter playback order before you start playing. You can program up to 20 steps.

Before making a program, make sure that the TV is turned on and the correct input is selected on the TV.

On the remote control ONLY:

1 Load a disc.

If the current playing source is not the DVD player, press DVD1, DVD2 or DVD3 on the unit to select the disc you want to play, then 7 before going to the next step.

2 Press PLAY MODE.

The PROGRAM MENU screen appears on the TV screen.

Each time you press the button, program mode turns on and off.

To select all chapters in the selected title as one program step, simply press ENTER without selecting any number. “ALL” appears on the chapter number position.

6 Repeat steps 4 and 5 to program other chapters you want.

After 10 steps are programed, “NEXT ˙” is selected (highlighted). If you want to program more steps, press

ENTER.

7 Press DVD 6.

The chapters are played in the order you have programed.

To stop during play, press 7.

To erase the stored program, eject the carrousel by pressing 0.

If you perform the following operations, the program is also erased—turning off the unit, changing the source, or skipping a disc.

To check the programed contents

You can check the programed contents by pressing PLAY MODE. The PROGRAM MENU screen appears on the TV screen.

If you press the button during play, the program play will stop.
