Se a unidade da medida aparecer em jardas (Y) e você quer mudar para metros (M), basta pressionar a porção jardas/metros (Figura 1.3) do botão liga/desliga principal. Por outro lado, quando a leitura for dada em metro, ela pode ser mudada para jardas pelo mesmo processo.

DISPOSITIVO DE DISPARO REMOTO INFRAVERMELHO

Este produto inclui um dispositivo de disparo remoto infravermelho (Figura 2). Ele foi projetado para ser instalado na coronha do rifle e funciona tanto para os atiradores destros como sinistros. Com ele, o usuário poderá manter uma posição de tiro mais estável ao operar o telêmetro laser. O triângulo vermelho sobre o disparador deve ficar voltado para o atirador e colocado sobre a coronha do rifle para funcionar corretamente; ele precisa ser posicionado no espaço de 15,2 cm indicado na Figura 7, de forma a se comunicar devidamente com o sensor infravermelho (Figura 1.6). O disparador remoto opera com uma única pilha de relógio: CR2016. Para trocá-la, abra a tampa com uma pequena chave de fenda, retire a pilha antiga, substitua pela nova e recoloque a tampa.

OBSERVAÇÃO: Os componentes eletrônicos são configurados para desligar automaticamente após duas horas de inatividade. Sendo assim, para que se possa usar o dispositivo disparador remoto infravermelho, primeiro será necessário pressionar o botão liga/desliga principal (Figura 1.2).

FOCALIZAÇÃO DA OCULAR

Isto ajusta o foco para que o retículo (fios cruzados) fique nítido para a sua visão. Todos os rifles com mira telescópica a laser Bushnell são focalizados na fábrica para uma visão corrigida ou 20/20. Nenhum ajuste será necessário se o retículo estiver nítido. Se não estiver nítido, ajuste da seguinte maneira:

A ocular FAST FOCUS (Figura 1.4) foi projetada para oferecer um foco rápido e preciso. Olhe para um objeto distante por vários segundos sem usar a luneta. Em seguida, mude seu ponto de observação rapidamente, olhando pela luneta para um local com plano de fundo comum, sem detalhes. Gire a ocular de foco rápido no sentido horário ou anti-horário, até que o padrão do retículo apareça com clareza e nitidez.

ATENÇÃO: Nunca olhe diretamente para o sol com o rifle com mira telescópica e telêmetro (ou qualquer outro instrumento óptico). Isso poderá causar danos permanentes aos olhos.

AJUSTES DE POTÊNCIA VARIÁVEL

Para mudar a ampliação, basta girar o anel seletor de potência (Figura 1.5) para alinhar o número desejado na escala de potência com o indicador de seta vermelha.
