CONSOLE OPERATION

Your Elliptical Trainer is powered by a power supply. The power supply must be plugged into the power jack, which is located in the front of the machine near the front stabilizer tube.

QUICK START

Simply press the start key to begin working out.

SELECTING PROGRAMS

1)Use the ARROW KEYS to select programs 1 - 4 then press the SELECT button.

2)Use the ARROW KEYS to set LEVEL then press the SELECT button.

3)Use the ARROW KEYS to set the TIME then press the SELECT button.

4)Use the ARROW KEYS to set your WEIGHT then press START button.

5)Program Begins.
