The Time display— When the manual mode or the iFIT.com mode is selected, this display

will show the elapsed time. When a program

is selected, the display will show the time remain- ing in the program.

The Distance/Pace display—This display shows the distance that you have walked or run and your pace, in min- utes per mile.
