USING THE WEIGHT RESTS

Before beginning an exercise, insert the Weight Rests (21, 52) into the holes in the Uprights (1) that are best suited for the exercise. The selected holes should be at the lowest point to which you want your barbell to go dur- ing the exercise. Perform the exercise as shown on the accompanying exercise poster. Note: Make sure that the locking clips are hooked around the Uprights.

WARNING: Always set both weight rests at the same height.

ATTACHING THE CURL POST

For some exercises, the Curl Post (42) must be attached to the weight bench.

Insert the Curl Post (42) into the indicated hole in the Front Leg (19). Align the holes in the Front Leg and the Curl Post. Secure the Curl Post with the Adjustment Knob (36). Make sure that you fully tighten the Adjustment

Knob.

For some exercises, store the Curl Post away from the weight bench so it will not interfere with your exercise.
