Checking Your Metrics
During your run, press the Toggle button (on the side) to cycle through your distance, pace, time, calories burned, and then go back again to distance. (fig.25)
Note: If you have not entered your weight in the User tab on the Nike+ Utility, your Nike+ SportBand will display
your run.
Pausing and Resuming a Run
During a run, Press the Record button on the top to put the recording on pause. (fig.26)
When you pause a recording, the bar at the bottom of the screen will stop animating, and the numbers will blink. You can still cycle through run metrics using the Toggle button (on the side).
To resume recording, press the Record button again. The numbers will stop blinking and the bar will animate along the bottom of the display.
