To use your Nike+ SportBand, you must have:

•The Nike+ Utility software. To download it, go to www.nikeplus.com/downloads

•A Macintosh with built-in USB. Mac OSX v10.4.8 or later or

•A PC with built-in USB or a USB card installed. Windows XP Home or Professional (SP2) or later, or Windows Vista.

•Internet access. Broadband is recommended; fees may apply.
