Description of the appliance

EXTRA RINSE

Selecting this button the machine will add 2 rinses for cottons and 1 rinse for synthetics and delicates.

This option can be selected with all programmes, except the Wool and handwash programmes and Miniprogramme.

This option is recommended for people who are allergic to detergents, and in areas where the water is very soft.

Important!

By depressing EXTRA RINSE and START PAUSE buttons simultaneously, the acoustic signal is suppressed when selecting the programmes, in case of incorrect option selection and at the end of the cycle.

Display

The display shows the following information:

if the programme selector dial is on the RESET position H, three flashing

dashes appear immediately after pressing the ON/OFF button to indi- cate that the machine is ready to receive instructions for the required wash programme.

Duration of the selected programme (in hours and minutes), calculated automatically on the basis of the maximum recommended load for each type of fabric.

Selected drying time (max. 130 minutes for cotton and synthetic).

After the programme has started, the time remaining is updated every minute.

When the programme has finished, a blinking lit zero is displayed.

Delayed start, (23 hours max.) programmed using the special button. The countdown is updated every hour and by 30 minutes the last 2 hours.

Incorrect option selection. If an option which is not compatible with the set wash programme is selected, the message Err is displayed and an acoustic signal can be heard.

Alarm code indicating a fault in the machine operation (see pages 37...40).

Programme progress display

By selecting the wash programme, the pilot lights corresponding to the various phases making up the programme come on.

After the machine has started, only the running phase pilot light stays on. When the programme has finished, the END pilot light comes on.
