Selecting programme options

If desired, press the programme op- tion button(s). The corresponding indicator lights up.

v PRE WASH

Warm pre-wash before the main

wash that follows automatically; with intermediate spin for

c (COTTONS/LINEN) and m (EASY-CARE)/l(EASY IRON), without intermediate spin for d (DELICATES).

QQUICK WASH

Shortened wash programme for less soiled items.

Activating/deactivating RINSE+ r+

If r+ (RINSE+) is activated, two additional rinse cycles take place dur- ing the c (COTTONS/LINEN), m (EASY-CARE)/l(EASY IRON),

d (DELICATE) and j (GENTLE RINSE) programmes. r+ (RINSE+) re- mains permanently programmed – even after the appliance has been switched off.

Activating r+ (RINSE+):

1.Turn programme knob to c (COTTONS/LINEN), m (EASY-CARE)/ l (EASY IRON) or d (DELICATE) (at any temperature).

2.Press the v (PRE WASH) and T (DELAY TIMER) buttons simultaneously until r (RINSE) and r+ (RINSE+) are illuminated in the programme progress display. r+ (RINSE+) is now permanently activated.

r+ (RINSE+) is illuminated in the programme progress display prior to the start of a programme and while the additional rinse cycles are tak- ing place.

Deactivating r+ (RINSE+):

1.Turn programme knob to c (COTTONS/LINEN), m (EASY-CARE)/ l (EASY IRON) or d (DELICATE) (at any temperature).

2.Press the v (PRE WASH) and T (DELAY TIMER) buttons simultaneously until r+ (RINSE+) is no longer illuminated in the programme progress display. r+ (RINSE+) is now permanently deactivated.
