Chef’s Washer

You can prevent the beep from sounding when selecting control settings.

1.Press the START/CANCEL and NORMAL WASH buttons together prior to selecting settings.

2.To have sound again, simply press the START/CANCEL and NORMAL WASH buttons together again.

Your Chef’s Washer has the ability to remember what options you like with NORMAL WASH and HEAVY DUTY wash cycle. This means that if you select NORMAL WASH, your Chef’s Washer will automatically select the options that you selected last time you washed with the NORMAL WASH cycle. You can change the options that have been remembered with a particular wash cycle if you desire.

To reduce the possibility of children starting the Chef’s Washer when unattended, a child lockout feature can be enabled. Once enabled, each button must be pressed and held for two seconds until you hear a BEEP, before the Chef’s Washer will respond. While in this mode, the SENSING and CLEAN light will illuminate while the button is pressed.

This feature can be enabled by pressing both the START/CANCEL and HEAVY DUTY buttons together and holding both for two seconds. You will hear three BEEPS when the child lockout is enabled.

The child lockout can be cancelled by pressing the START/CANCEL and HEAVY DUTY together and holding both pressed for two seconds until a single BEEP is heard.

NOTE: Child lockout overrides tone silencing.
