Troubleshooting

Machine does not start. Nothing appears on the display.

Machine may be unplugged. >>> Check the plug and attach it to the socket.

Fuse may be defective. >>> Check the fuse and have it replaced by a qualified electrician if necessary. Power may be out. >>> Check if there is any power outage.

On / Off button might not be pressed. >>> Press On / Off button.

Machine does not start when Start / Pause / Cancel button is pressed after selecting the programme.

Loading door may be open. >>> Close the loading door.

Rinse symbol flashes in the display. (No Water symbol may also be lit depending on the model of your machine).

Water may be cut off. >>> Make sure that the water is not cut off and press Start / Pause / Cancel button again to start your machine.

A WARNING: If you cannot eliminate the problem although you follow the instructions in this section, consult your dealer or the Authorized Service Agent. Never try to repair a nonfunctional product yourself.
