Troubleshooting Reference

WARNING: Electrical shock and fire hazard

Do not disassemble the RS400. It does not contain any user- serviceable parts. Attempting to service the unit yourself could result in electrical shock or fire.

This section provides you with troubleshooting tips to identify and solve most problems that can occur with the RS400.

Before contacting your dealer or customer service, please refer to the “Troubleshooting Reference” table.

If the “Troubleshooting Reference” table does not help you resolve the problem, contact your dealer or Xantrex customer service.
