ASSEMBLY MANUAL : HOBIE WILD CAT

Hull and crossbar assembly

1.Place the hulls parallel to each other with the insides face down on the ground. Take the right hull and turn it right side up, one person should stand astride it to hold it in place.

2.Take the font crossbar (the one that has the martingale and the trampoline pre-assembled). Turn it so that it enters into its socket, being careful to have the trampoline towards the back.

3.Insert the two bolts and washers in the order shown in the photo. Tighten gently without forcing. Now take the left hull, and proceed in the same way as for the right hull. Do not tighten completely

4.Position the back crossbar on the right-hand side. Insert the bolts and washers as for the front crossbar. Repeat the same action on the left- hand side.

5.Once that the frame is assembled, tighten the whole assembly.

It is recommended to check the tightness of all screws, bolts and

the forestay of the martingale after the first navigation, and then at regular intervals.
