Using the Effects

DELAY

This delays the sound to produce an echo-like effect. It lets you add thickness and create complex sounds.

DELAY pedal

This switches the effect on and off.

TYPE knob

Use this to choose the type of delay.

1:

1-99ms

This is a delay of 1 to 99 ms (milliseconds), which is ideal for a doubling

 

 

effect.

 

 

 

 

2:

100-990ms

This delay has a delay time of 100 to 990 ms (milliseconds).

 

 

 

 

3:1000-6000msThis is a delay of 1,000 to 6,000 ms (milliseconds), which is suited to special effects.

4: ANALOG

This produces a mild analog delay sound.

 

 

5: MODULATE

This is a delay with a pleasant chorus-type effect added to the delay

 

repeats.

 

 

6: REVERSE

This produces the effect of playback in reverse.

 

 

7:CHO + DELAY This produces chorus and delay effects at the same time. (The settings for chorus cannot be changed.)

8:MOMENTARY Delay is activated only while the DELAY pedal is pressed.

9: TAP

This determines the delay time by using the pedal.

 

 

10:PHRASE LOOP This lets you record a performance and play it back repeatedly. This is useful for both live performances and practice sessions.

In memory mode (p. E-10), MOMENTARY, TAP, and PHRASE LOOP pedal operations use the number pedal for the currently selected patch.
