RP21D User’s Guide Section Two - Editing Functions

1.This is the current name of the default. There will be a cursor under one of the characters of the name. This indicates which character has been selected. Rotating the Data Wheel will change the character. The next and previous page buttons will move the cursor right or left.

2.The number 1 icon is indicating that pressing the number 1 button will select a letter, change from upper case to lower case, or lower case to upper case.

3.The number 2 icon is indicating that pressing the number 2 button will select a number.

4.The number 3 icon is indicating that pressing the number 3 button will select the delete function and will delete the characters to the left.

5.The number 4 icon is indicating that pressing the number 4 button will select insert and shift the characters to the right.

After your custom default name is showing in the display, press the Store button once. The display will ask which one of the user defaults you wish to store the name and settings to. Use the Data Wheel to make your selection. Press the store button again, and

the Display will ask which of the User Programs you wish to store the settings to. Use the Data Wheel to make your selection. Once you have selected the Program number that you want to store the settings to, press the Store button again. Your User Preamp Default has been saved. To abort the naming function, press the Program button.
