3	Place support bar between right legs, and place two rails on outside of leg. Attach with #10-24x1-3/4" machine screws and

4	Turn assembly upside-down. Insert axle bolts into wheels. Facing the back, position tank support bracket between left legs.
	Insert 5/16’’ axle bolt through leg and bracket and secure with hitch pin.
