Lower Hinges

Attach lower hinges to back of firebox using two 1/4’’-20x1/2’’ machine screws,7x15 fiber washers and 1/4’’-20 flange nuts per hinge. The center flat portion of the hinge should be at the bottom (see inset below).

Lid Handle and Upper Hinges

Attach handle and two insulation washers to front of lid. Inside lid, secure with two 5x15 fiber washers and #10-24 wing nut (A).

Attach upper hinges to back of lid using 1/4’’-20x1/2’’ machine screws, 7x15 fiber washers and 1/4’’-20 flange nuts per hinge. Hinges should curve downward when properly installed (B).
