Maintenance

After a period of nonuse we recommend that you perform the following maintenance procedures for your safety.

Check hose before each use of barbecue for nicks, cracking, abrasions or cuts. If the hose is found to be unserviceable, do not use the barbecue. Replace using only Weber authorized replacement parts. Order from Weber-Stephen Products Co., Customer Service Center or an authorized dealer.

CAUTION: If the barbecue gas hose is damaged in any way or leaking, do not use the barbecue.

Inspect the burner for the correct flame pattern. Clean, if necessary, according to the procedures outlined in this section.

Check all gas fittings for leaks. See Step "Check for gas leaks."
